Refund details:

2. Within 72 hours you have to notify us through our contact us page or our toll-free telephone number.

Please make sure you meet the following requirements in order to assure your refund is approved:

1. Contact our Sales Department either via email or by phone and notify them that you are requesting a refund.
2. Return the Graduation Package to our mailing address we will provide upon confirmation of receiving your refund request.
3. Your credit card will be credited the 100% of the original purchase price within 48 hours of us, receiving the package back. If your payment is via personal check or money order, please allow up to 15 business days from our receipt of the returned materials to receive your refund.
